Former NBA champion Lamar Odom has completed a 30-day rehabilitation program in Los Angeles, TMZ reports.

Odom, 46, entered the program at iRely Recovery in an effort to quit marijuana after being arrested for DUI in January, his manager, Gina Rodriguez, confirmed to the website amid concern. Rodriguez said Odom intended to quit marijuana amid concern that it could lead to using hard drugs again and chose iRely after having a conversation with its CEO Vinsent Franke in the past.

Franke had previously invited the former NBA star to check out the facility after hearing his speech at the Annual California Addiction Conference in 2023. Odom is reportedly working on a new company called HealLo.co, an A.I.-powered platform aimed to connect people to all types of wellness and treatment center in the U.S. following the completion of the rehabilitation stint.

Odom, the ex-husband of Khloé Kardashian and a former fixture on the E! reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, had previously been hospitalized after being discovered at the Love Ranch in 2015. The former NBA champion had used cocaine days prior to experiencing the medical emergency, suffering kidney failure, multiple heart attacks and 12 strokes and becoming comatose before regaining consciousness.

Odom played for four NBA franchises, most notably his seven seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, having won the 2009 and 2010 NBA championships and the 2011 NBA Sixth Man of the Year award.
